Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Zendesk instance
- A valid Zendesk admin email address
- An API token with the appropriate permissions
Installation Steps
- Visit the Zendesk marketplace
- Search for "Zendesk Healthcheck" (link here)
- Click "Select Plan"
- Choose a plan and the instance you would like to install the app on
- Enter your admin email address
- Generate an API token from your Zendesk admin settings
- Enter the API token in the app settings
- Click save to complete the installation
Verifying Installation
- Open the app in your Zendesk interface
- Click "Run Health Check" to perform your first scan
- You should see an overview of your instance and any identified issues
